Welcome to my website! I created this site in order to have a space where I can share my body of work and credits with other filmmakers, theatre artists, educators, and prospective clients. As an artist, I always strive to establish and cultivate relationships with other artists and members of my community. I am hopeful that building and nurturing such verdant relationships today will lead to exciting new partnerships tomorrow. I live and work in Maine, and firmly believe that a community with a strong arts base is a better place to live, and helps to both educate and entertain its residents. I consider myself a storyteller first and foremost, and I attempt to use art to help improve society as a whole, and more immediately, the place I call home.

Over the last 30+ years, I have acted in over 100 productions, directed nearly 50, and designed, stage managed, built, or run crew on dozens more. This website is not meant to be an exhaustive chronicle of every show I've ever worked on. I am using this space to share a few examples of my work, using production photos and reviews. Several of the designs are my own - particularly the set and posters - but when I have collaborated with others, I have credited them and their invaluable contribution to the production.

As a director, designer, and teaching artist, I bring live theatre into museums, classrooms, and theatrical spaces by assembling the best team of artists around the most meaningful work. Entertainment and education are not mutually exclusive, and I strive to bring representation, inclusivity, and social justice to work that educates, entertains, AND is profitable.

If you are interested in a collaboration or would like to hire me, please don't hesitate to reach out. It takes a village to create art that is affordable and reaches every corner of our society - from the rural to the urban and everywhere people are.

"I want an artistic explosion. I want acting that is poetic and personal, intimate and colossal. I want to encourage the kind of humanity on the stage that demands attention and that expresses who we are and suggests that life is bigger… I want to contribute to a field that will engender moments onstage that broaden the definitions of what it means to be human."
